What's it about?
This course will help you to recognize and understand your own emotions, and to differentiate between righteous and unrighteous anger, and to identify the root causes of the anger you experience. We explain how you can deal with the accumulation of anger from past events and how you can in future deal with the situations that cause you to feel angry.
